Allergen information
At Claire’s Cupcakes, we strive to create treats that everyone can enjoy. Allergen information can be found on individual product pages or you can download our complete list of allergens in all of our treats. The Claire’s Cupcakes kitchen uses wheat, gluten, soy, peanuts and tree nuts in some products. All packaging will clearly label allergen information. Claire’s Cupcakes is extremely knowledgeable in allergens and cross contamination.
We have strict allergen policies in place that cover equipment, tools, ingredients, proper cleaning and sanitisation, food handling and food storage in regards to allergen free products. Our gluten free items are made separately on different equipment and are stored separately than wheat and gluten products. We also use separate tongs for serving. All gluten free cooking is done in a gluten free only deep fryer and on a designated gluten free pans.
We have many coeliacs eat our gluten free products without any problems. We are proud that we have never had an issue with a customer who has reacted to our gluten free treats.Whilst we do take the utmost care in the preparation, cooking and storage of our treats, it is up to the individual to make a decision that is best for them.
